Controls Designer Michelle Bertrand does some trouble-shooting of electronic circuitry at Integrated Design Corp in the village of Howard near Green Bay. Integrated Design, a maker of equipment for the printing industry, has grown since its startup in 1987 to employ 50 people. The $6-million-a-year company represents a like father, like son story for its founder, Greg Leanna, 32. Leanna's father, Dale, is founder and former owner of a similar business, Magna-Graphics of Oconto Falls.
