A model of the 40 unit court now being built between N. 7th, N. 8th, W. Walnut and W. Galena sts. is shown above. Inside the below street level court, the units will stand three levels high. They will be two levels on the street side with the fenced-in yard areas accessible from the middle living level. Traffic will enter and exit from the divided roadway on Walnut st.
