A likeness in chalk of former Milwaukee County Executive William O'Donnell catches the attention of pedestrians. Friday at the Bank One Plaza at N. Water Street and W. Wisconsin Avenue. The artist, Gary Palmer, 24 (left) from Belfast, Ireland is touring the world, drawing as he goes. He has been to Berlin Germany and Sidney Australia. He recently visited the East Coast and was headed for Chicago and San Francisco. He travels on donations from admirers of his art.
