Description
Marchers in the Lesbian/Gay Pride Parade (above) walk from Juneau Park through downtown Sunday in an event organizers say was meant to call attention to their cause. Chad Dujmovic (Left), of Brookfield, jumps in the air as he dances atop a flatbed truck during PrideFest at the park. Thousands attended PrideFest, which featured music, lectures and a mass wedding. The festival and parade were preceded by a rally in Juneau Park, where gay activists used loudspeakers to voice their concerns about their rights as American citizens. "We're no longer fighting for the right to hold hands." one speaker said. "We're fighting for the right to be married."
