The price of an aerial photograph has not changed in 34 years, but photographer Warren S. O'Brien says that taking them is not as much fun any more. O'Brien, 59, snapped what he believes were Waukesha county's first aerial shots in 1924 while clinging to the wing of a barnstorming biplane.
