Anniversary Celebration- Bishop Donald H.V. Hallock of the Milwaukee Episcopal Diocese used a thurible Monday as he offered a blessing during a pontifical high mass celebrated at All Saints Cathedral to mark his 20th anniversary as a bishop. Hallock was consecrated a bishop Jan. 10, 1952, and became the assistant to then Bishop Benjamin F.P. Ivins. Hallock became the head of the diocese on Jan. 6, 1953, after Ivins retired. Monday's mass was followed by an anniversary party in the Cathedral. Dead
