Major General Bruce Easley of the Garden of the Patriots Advisory Board with the 8th prize winner in the Garden of the Patriots' National Collegiate Sculpture Contest. The sculpture of Alan Shepard was done by Leroy Paulsen of Layton School of Art, Wisconsin.
