Proper instruction for visually handicapped and sightless youngsters from 3 years old through the first grade was demonstrated at the third annual institute of the parents of visually handicapped children at the Lincoln Avenue school, 1817 West Lincoln Avenue. The four day workshop ended Thursday. It was sponsored by the Milwaukee County Easter Sceal society and the special education department of the Milwaukee public schools. Karen Ihda 3, of Thiensville, played with large dominos while Donald L. Moecker, 6, of 2570 -A 33th Street concentrated on a story in a book printed in large type. Home site Class.
