Milwaukee-Harbor: The Tarpon Sun, (above) a bulk carrier of Greek registry, was loaded with corn at the Continental Grain Company Elevators in Milwaukee before setting sail for Africa. At left, Wilburn Cunningham, maintenance signalman, directed a crane operator lifting containerized cargo at the Port of Milwaukee's heavy lift dock. The four-year-old crane was manufactured by Harnischfeger Corporation. It has a lifting capacity of 300 long tons or 660,000 pounds, Milwaukee
