1994 Press Photo Students from Marquette University and others help with cleanup

Hundreds of students, faculty, and staff members from Marquette University, the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and Mount Mary and Cardinal Stritch Colleges participated Saturday morning in the fifth annual Marquette University Hunger Cleanup Day. They cleaned parks and neighborhoods, painted over graffiti and performed over tasks to raise money for Milwaukee-area service organizations. It was part of National Hunger Cleanup day, in which Marquette has won national awards for its service.
