Ford Festiva: The subcompact hatchback built by Kia in South Korea uses a 1.3-liter engine coupled with a five-speed manual transmission. It has a base price of $6,941. 1993 Ford Tempo GL (left) The best-selling nameplates over the last nine years. The stylish and functional five-passenger Tempo is available in two series for 1993. Two- and four-door sedans are offered in the GL series (shown with optional polycast wheels); the LX series is a four-door sedan. A 2.3-liter, four-cylinder sequential electronic fuel injection (SEFI) engine comes standard on both series, and a 130-horsepower V-6 SEFI engine is optional. 1993 Ford Festiva GL (right) The Ford Festiva provides value and utility in a fun-to-drive package, and is available in two series--L and GL. The GL with sport option package (shown here) features white aluminum wheels, four different tape-stripe designs, a rear roof-edge spoiler and sporty fabric for seats and door panels. The 1993 Festiva has a 1.3-liter, electronic fuel injection I-4 engine.
