Description
Watching the proceedings of the governor's conference on the United Nations at the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee Saturday. Mrs. Nikolai Federenko, wife of the Russian ambassador to the United Nations, listened intently. The Federenkos spent eight of their 20 years of marriage in China, where she learned to cook Chinese food, and he to speak the language. Both spoke English well on their recent Milwaukee visit.
