1964 Press Photo Elected Officers to Wisconsin extension Worker's Association

Cutline Extension Workers - Members of the Wisconsin Extension Workers Association (WEWA) elected officers for the 1964-1965 year at their annual business meeting held on the University of Wisconsin campus Friday morning (Oct. 16). Seated left to right, are Lenore Landry, University home economist, who was re-appointed secretary; and Janet Sperstad, Dane county home economics agent, re-appointed treasurer. Standing, left to right, are Milo Johanson, Price county agricultural agent, elected vice president; and Peter Bieri, Trempealeau county agricultural agent, elected president of the association. Bieri succeeds Joe Tuss, Columbia county agricultural agent, as president; and Johansen, replaces Bieri in the vice president position. the associations annual meetin was held in conjunction with the Annual Extension Worker's Conference, Oct. 13-16.
