Description
Eleven thousand Milwaukeeans thronged to the Blatz Temple of Music in Washington park Sunday afternoon to observe the six anniversary of V-J day, the end of World War II. They heard Mayor Zeidler dedicated the day to the 1,700 Milwaukee county men and women who lost their lives in the war. They also heard other commemorative talks. A three hour program of entertainment followed.
