Probably the busiest woman in Mayville Wednesday, Rose Buchner "mans" the telephone by candlelight in the Wisconsin Power and Light Company office. "I haven't seen anything like this before in the 25 years I've been with the company," she said. "That phone rang almost constantly, with people asking about the power failure."
