This quartet is among supporters bucking for increased sales of U.S. savings bonds through the payroll plan in Wisconsin. Left to right are James F. Stilles of Washington, D.C., national director of the Treasury Department's savings bond division; William G. Brumder, Wisconsin savings bond chairman and president and board chairman of the First Wisconsin National Bank here; Walter Seller, state savings band advertising and publicity chairman and John L. Gruber, Milwaukee County Share-in-America drive chairman and a First Wisconsin vice president. Seller, head of the Cramer-Krasselt Co., Milwaukee advertising agency, has held the post in the savings bond campaigns since their inception in 1941
