Wisconsin Governor back home, Gov. Walter J. Kohler of Wisconsin and Mrs. Kohler stand on a deck of the liner independence following arrival in New York City Dec. 30. The governor, who is to be sworn in for a third two-year term in Madison, Wis., on Jan. 3 and Mrs. Kohler had been on a three-week vacation in Europe. The governor declared the division in the current administration between the adherents of President Eisenhower and Wisconsin's Senator Joseph R. McCarthy has "sharpened" as a result of the senator's recent charge that the president was soft toward communism. Gov. Kohler would not say if he would support McCarthy again
