His career is one of the most remarkable in the history of the show business. The popularity of the band leader, arranger and composer is as great as the enthusiasm of his audience of the concerts in Great Britain, Australia, USSR, Canada and the Far East. The musician born 1929 in Bremen/West Germany got in 1969 the "Midem Trophy", an award like the "Oscar". In the meanwhile he earned more than 100 "Golden Discs".
