Secretary General visits Hungary â Budapest, Hungary, February 1984.
Secretary General Javier Perez de Cuellar paid an official visit to Hungary between 23 and 25 February as part ho his late February tour of Eastern Europe which also included official visits to Poland, Czechoslovakia, and Bulgaria.
