Security Council Meets At United Kingdom's Request To Consider Situation In Falkland (Malvinas) Islands: The Security Council, meeting tonight at the United Kingdom's request, concerning the situation in the Falkland (Malvinas) Islands, heard a statement by Council President Kamanda wa Kamanda (Zaire) calling on Argentina and the United Kingdom "to exercise the utmost restraint at this time and in particular to refrain from the use or threat of force in the region and to continue the search for a diplomatic solution". Statements were made by the representatives of the United Kingdom and Argentina. Argentina's UN Ambassador Eduardo A. Roca speaking at the meeting.
