Paul Getty to leave England : Mr. Paul Getty, one of the worlds' richest men said yesterday he is leaving England mainly because of the weather. Mr .Getty, 82, who has already announced that he will return to America to live permanently in Malibu, California, said he would be going when business permits. he added "I hope it will be this year I do not want to pass another English yesterday at his home, Sutton place, near Guildford, to publicsise the J.Paul Getty wildlife conservation award. The award worth $ 50,000 ( a bout $ 21,000) will go to the individual judge to have made the biggest contribution to conserving wild life. photo shows Mr. J.
