Security Council Hears Further View On Situation In Czechoslovakia: The security council, continuing its debate on the situation in Czechoslovakia, today heard statements by Foreign Minister of Czechoslovakia and by the representative of Pakistan and the Soviet Union. Before resuming the debate, the Council rejected a motion by the Soviet Union that representative of the German Democratic Republic be heard. The vote was 2 in favor (Hungary, Soviet Union) to 9 against, weighty 4 abstentions (Algeria, Brazil, India and Pakistan).
