Emperorâs Palace nearing completion â The vast Homeiden Hall of the new Imperial Palace in Tokyo where the Emperor and Empress of Japan will receive foreign dignitaries or give Imperial Banquets. The new Palace built within the historic moat surrounded grounds will be completed this autumn at a cost of £13 million pounds.
