Caenarvon gets a foretaste of the Investiture: Caernarvon put out the flags and moves into top-gear festival array yesterday when crowds streamed in to see the Duke of Norfolk and Lord Snowdown, organising final details for next Tuesday's investiture of the Prince of Wales. More than 3,000 people turned out oat 5 am to watch a rehearsal of the ceremony.
