Marcelino Dos Santos, Vice President of Front for the Liberation of Mozambique. Born 1931. Educated in Lisbon and Paris. Well-Known as poet and political writer in Mozambique, he became Secretary for external Affairs of Frelimo in 1969 and its Vice President in 1970.
