Summit Preparations: Everything is quiet and peaceful here at the entrance of the lake-side "Villa Saussure" where the president and Mrs. Reagan will stay during the U.S. - Soviet summit in Geneva November 19/20th. At this time, only a cat wants to enter the building, guarded by a Geneva policeman.
