Cesare Spadacini killed in car crash ' Cesare Spadacini 33 year Italian playboy industrialist was killed in a car crash, his Lamborghini, in which actor Corrado Pani was travelling plunged into a 220 ft. gulch after being in collision with another car late yesterday a few miles north of Florence. he was trapped in the car and died later and the actor Pani was thrown from the car and seriously hurt.
