Gunman's Farewell Kiss To Widow In $100,000 Raid on Her Mayfair Home
Three men, two armed with pistols who stole Nearly $100,000 worth of jewlry yesterday from the Mayfair home of Mrs Kathryn Miller, widow of the impressario Gilbert Miller, narrowly escaped arrest. As they left her bedroom one of them planted a kiss on her cheek and said: "You are a pet." They got away by smashing their way into another house, holding up a van and stealing it from the driver.
