At Home With London's New Lord Mayor
Sir Denis Henry Truscott was elected Lord Mayor of London at Guildhall yesterday. He is the third of the family to hold the office, and succeeds Sir Cullum Welch. Sir Denis, who is 49, and was married in 1932, has four daughters, and lives at Wimbledon. He is a keen musician and became a member of the Musicians Company when only 18. In August 1955 he was appointed the new Master of the Vintners Company. He is head of a city printing firm founded in 1824 by his great-grand-father.
