Security Council Hears Statements by Five Latin American Foreign Ministers.
Panama March 15, 1973, The Security Council at its meeting in Panama City this afternoon hear statements by five Latin American Foreign Ministers as it continued consideration of " Measures for the maintenance and strengthening of International peace and security on Latin America in conformity with the provisions and principles of the Charter". Statements were made by the Foreign Ministers of Peru, Guyana, Mexico, Columbia and Cuba. The representative of the United States spoke under the right of reply.
