Britain - Russia Exchange Talks in London.
Mr. George Zhukov, President of the Russian State Committee for Cultural Relations and members of his delegation - had talks at the Foreign Office this morning with British delegates to arrange a further programme connected with the exchange of specialist in scientific and technical fields.
