The new United States Ambassador to the United Nations Mr. Andrew Young, who flew into London's Heathrow Airport today, went to the Foreign Office to have talks with the Foreign Secretary Mr. Anthony Crosland, and Mr. Ivor Richard, who has just returned from Africa, on the Rhodesian crisis.
