Billion Dollar fund to increase food production: United Nations Secretary, Kurt Waldheim, signing an Agreement in London with Mr. Al-Sudeari, the Saudi Arabian President of the International fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD). The newly constituted One Billion Dollar Fund is to help Agriculture in undeveloped countries, and its first project to increase food production in poor countries is to be announced in Rome nest week.
