Elections To The West-Berlin Senate; On May 10th, 1981 the election to the Senate of West-Berlin will take place. Politicians of the whole of West Germany will come along to stiffen their colleagues back. The two top-politicians Richard Von Weizsacker, CDU (our picture - together with the CDU leader of the parliamentary group in the Chamber of Deputies, Eberhard Diepgen) and Hans Jochen Vogel, SPD are the political opponents. According to a general inquiry the West Berlin CDU is nearly reaching the absolute majority. In this moment the voters seem to prefer the CDU. Richard von Weizsacler expresses himself positively to a big coalition as well as to a coalition only with the FDP. Hans Jochen Vogel wants to adhere to a coalition with the FDP. The main points of both politician's election campaign are to disentangle the liability of posts and the problem of the people who occupy houses and also the problem of foreigners. On May 10th, the 1.5 million people being entitled to vote will decide.
