French President Giscard D'Estaing on visit in Hamburg: On July 5th 1976, the French President, Valery Giscard d'Estaing, arrived in Hamburg for a two day-visit, and talks with the Federal Chancellor, Helmut Schmidt. the "small summit" talks between the two leading politicians take place at the guest house of the Senate of hamburg, while at night, the French President will be a guest at the private residence of the Chancellor.
