Lord Vivian Found Shot: Lord Vivian, 49-year-old West End Impresario, who was a partner of the late Sir Charles Cochran, was operated on at Devises Hospital today after being found with a revolver would in the stomach. He was found lying wounded in a week-end cottage at Potterne, a village three miles from Devises. This afternoon Mrs. Mary Wheeler, aged 40, appeared before a special Devises magistrates court. She was remanded in custody charged with maliciously wounding Lord Vivian at Pilgrim cottage, Potterne, last night. Mrs. Wheeler is the former wife of Sir Mortimer Wheeler, the noted archaeologist. They were divorced by July 1942, after being married for three years. Photo shows Mrs. Mary Wheeler.
