Neighborhood youths gather Friday to watch a two-alarm fire destroy four apartments and damage four others in the 6300 block of West Bellfort. No one was injured in the blaze, although some firefighters were treated for heat exposure. having started around 9:30 a.m., firefighters put out the blaze by 11 a.m. Officials said its cause is still under investigation.
