Blast damages Coliseum annex...firemen say an explosion in the basement of the Sam Houston Coliseum annex in Houston Texas on Thursday night must have been caused by accumulated gas in the electric shop. Mayor Louie Welch views the damage. The blast broke some annex windows and was felt in much of the downtown area but damage largely was confined to the basement shop.
