Galway's University College will Award in honorary degree to President Ronald Reagan on June 2. founded in 1845, the college is a center of Gaelic culture in the west of Ireland. The president, who will receive his degree in outdoor ceremonies on the grassy quadrangle of the school, will be visiting Ireland with the First Lady from June 1-4. Galway, a city famed in song for its beautiful bay, is celebrating its Quincentennial (500th Birthday) this year as well. Ireland
