Description
Reports to the contrary notwithstanding, not all whitetail deer this season have undersized racks, at the two beauties above and right will prove. David Hadley, Houston robbery detective above, killed his 130-pound field-dressed, 10-pointer, on his place in Robertson County in the Post Oak Belt. Rev. John Morgan of Pasadena, right, displays a 12-point, 145-pound giant whitetail killed by his friend Dr. Allen Williams of Pasadena (with an assist by Rev. Morgan). Rev. Morgan's party of four, hunting near Cotulla, all got trophies, a 10-point, 135-pounder for him: Mrs. Williams killed an eight point weighing 127-pounds, and Pasadena barber Dal Barker a 125-pound, eight-pointer on the South Texas hunt.

Photo is dated 1967.
