Cambodia, Parade Rest for Cambodian Firearms--Automatic weapons were stacked in this fashion on the sidelines during Cambodian National Independence Parade in Phnom Penh last week. An informed source said today that Prince Norodom Sihanouk, Cambodia's chief of state, has agreed to send a mission to the New Delhi to negotiate United States-Cambodia differences. The negotiations were requested by the United States, the source in Phnom Penh.
