Chairman Al Ullman, Democrat - Oregon, of the House Ways and Means Committee meets with newsmen in Washington Monday to comment on the United States Court of Appeals ruling that the President's tariff of $2 per barrel on imported oil is illegal. Ullman said removal of the fee, "should materially reduce petroleum prices in the country."
