McGeorge Bundy, left, top White House adviser on foreign policy, confers today with General William Westmoreland and South Viet Nam Army Lieutenant (Lt.) Gen. Nguyen Khanh at Camp Halloway during personal survey following Viet Cong attacks. Camp Halloway and another United States (U.S.) compound, both at Pleiku, were attacked. Pleiku is about 240 miles north of Saigon. Seven Americans were killed and more than 100 injured. Bundy is due back in Washington tonight to report on the attacks. South Vietnam.
