1956 Press Photo Barbara Burns, daughter of the late comedian Bob Burns

Authorities have declined on grounds of insufficient evidence to issue a complaint against Barbara Burns, above, 18-year-old daughter of the late comedian Bob Burns, for carrying a pistol in a Hollywood cafe. Don J. Covert, 31, an actor and acquaintance of Miss Burns, had complained that she threatened him with the weapon.
