Houston Mayor Lewis Cutrer, center, receives tickets from J. Sayles Leach, chairman of the advisory committee, for Houston's mammoth telethon, to be staged here Saturday night and Sunday by all three major television stations. Bernard Sakowitz, left, is active in plans for the project, a 15-hour benefit to raise $250,000 for "The Eyes of Texas," a foundation for the blind here. The big show begins Saturday at 11 p.m.
