Previous pastors of Durkee Methodist Church, 506 John Alber Rd., will be guests at a home-coming Sunday. Rev. A. A. Leifeste, left, 1115 Grovewood, now retired, was pastor in 1954. Rev. C. E. Clark, center, 4379 Fiesta, now a Houston West Methodist district evangelist, was pastor in 1952. At the right is Rev. Richard Hoopes, Durkee pastor since 1959. Rev. Mr. Leifeste will give the devotional following an afternoon song service. Rev. S. C. Irwin of Malakoff, not shown, also retired, will preach at the 11 a.m. service. Dinner will be served at noon. Guests will hear of plans for an $80,000, 250-seat auditorium to be built in 1962.
