This painting of the interior of St. Mark's Cathedral in Venice hangs at the entrance to the dormitory at Sacred Heart Dominican College. "Prayer" was painted by Rudolph G. Guzzardi and the media used is walnut, although it looks like canvas. The painting was given to the college by Mr. and Mrs. George W. Strake, prominent lay leaders in the Catholic Church.
