Young Branch Library. Volunteer work at Young Branch library, 6003 Beckman, has eased the staff work load and kept library standards high during the summer, according to Claudie Pettigrew of 2500 North MacGregor Way, librarian. Noreen Massengale, 14, of 5022 Southwind, left, is in her second summer giving time to the library, and is given a hand by Lillian Hatfield, 20, of 6014 St. Augustine, desk assistant. Noreen has averaged four hours help each week.
