Fannin Bank. Soon To Open-The 18-story, $7.5 million Fannin Bank Building at the corner of Main and Holcombe is in its last stages of completion. The building with the curved glass front is scheduled to move in its first tenant in August. The Fannin Bank will occupy its quarters in the new structure sometime in September. Lloyd, Morgan & Jones are the architects of the project.
