Fog, Houston. Fog Engulfs Port Of Galveston, Dense fog, common along the Gulf Coast at this time of year, socked in the Port of Galveston recently during early morning hours. These ships, moored at wharves at Galveston, were unable to move out until midmorning, when the fog lifted and visibility increased. Fog also has been reported in Houston and other nearby area during morning hours.
